Horror, at its core, is primal. You don’t need a multi-million dollar design budget or advanced realtime bullet physics to make something scary. You just have to have an idea that is raw, and the honesty to execute it. P.T. perfectly illustrates this point. It takes place entirely in one hallway. It didn’t have complicated AI. There weren’t a dozen characters to design and model. Hell, there weren’t even that many scares. And it was absolutely terrifying. It distilled the concepts of the ill-fated Silent Hills into a dense moment of terror. It was its own compact experience, and a glimpse into something much more. Many games have tried to imitate P.T. in content. A million spooky hallways with a trillion collectible notes. Some of these are fantastic. But what about that concept? To distill your dream project into something condensed, raw, and real? That was the question posed to 10 brilliant creators. Make a PT for the horror project of your dreams. Both a game on its own, and a window into a much larger world. Make it raw. Make it real. Make it a reflection of your own fears. Make it in just 7 days.dread x, dread x collection, summer nights, summer night, summer night airdorf, horror, survival horror, indie game, indie game, horror indie game, scary indie game, scary indie games, scary, mrkravin, cjugames, jonh wolfe, outlast, P.T., PT, silent hill, until dawn, scariest, scary games, horror games, silent hills, dread x collection gameplay, dread x collection review, the pony factory, jumpscare, And they did. • I shudder to think how much money I've spent on games just because these guys are so bad at them.

  • "have you shot it at the creature" he says, when the first time they used the flare they shot it at the creature…

  • I can see how this could make a good game. You could slowly unlock characters, grow attached to them, make tough choices as you progress through endings. A good opportunity for your choices matter mechanics.

  • Oh my gosh, boys. You get in the house, you board it up, you place down blood ritual, lure the monster in the house onto it, and use interact to sacrifice it.

  • Painful to watch, because it wasn't that hard to get the grasp of 😬

Kurt Ledger July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • It only took them half an hour to understand the concept of the game

Joaquin Pirotto July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • What a terrible game..

    Baleur July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • Alright, guys chill. They're not bad they just made poor assumptions. Besides choosing the die option on the sacrifice I don't think I'd have interpreted any of the info correctly either. In my opinion it's very obtuse. Still cool aesthetic and it seems like an interesting premise.

  • Love you guys. Stay far away from card games though.

  • It's fascinating to me that somehow the SGS, comprising of four competent professional game-players, collectively manages not to have four times more good ideas and assessment but instead just four times more new-player mistakes.

  • Would actually be ok if they dropped Jirard, he just plain triggers me in every single video. He either has read a guide ahead and is a spoilbeach or like here cries he can't figure it out. He also acts like he is smarter than everyone else but can't perform the simplest tasks. Never let him have the damn controller.

  • I meam this is kind of just a board game…

No idea how this is inspired by PT and not a good 100 different board games

    Marketing buzz words!

Red Tape July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • Wow, you are so bad at this game… You're not paying attention to literally anything you do or that happens in the game…

13:30 Ok, this is just way too frustrating to watch. Hopefully next game will be something you understand how to play.

    NekoiNemo July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • Future watchers: They KINDA figure out how to play at about 22:00.

    A Ereira July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • I strongly believe this game's music was heavily influenced by the classic adventure scary game called Clocktower for the PC PlayStation, SNES, and PS2. And surprisingly there was even a version for the limited WonderSwan

Terry Lee July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • Holy hell this is hard to watch, even having not played the game at all.

    Timber July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
  • Man I love SGS but man is this not an enjoyable game to watch other people play online…. :I

    MRDLT00 July 25, 2020 8:56 pm Reply
