  • Wouldn’t you be able to hunt them year round because coyote is open year round?

  • I used to hunt there where the duck pond is on the left, it's eat up with Squirrel's. You can get lost in there real easy the way the property snakes around as you get near the river. There are people that access the backside of that Gameland from the South Yadkin River. That property receives a lot of hunting pressure that's probably why you haven't seen a wealth of pig sign.

  • hey bro thanks for all the great info. Lots of new hunters in the same boat, no one wants to help us out. keep posting, don’t make sense to me if you have your license but you don’t have no where to hunt or can’t find what your looking for. you did 8 miles of walking and didn’t see one hog. anyway keep us up to date.

  • Think you for this video. I live in Hendersonville, Blue ridge mountain and I just got my hunting license so I can hunt feral hog. I haven't been hunting since i was a young tike and am now 40 years old so it's been a long time. I'm having to learn how to shoot a gun, namely a 30-06.I've been looking everywhere, online to find a place to go for a first time hunt.

  • This is great info but you've taken away a lot of the work involved in hunting game lands for hunters that are lazy. I out in qork just like you do to hunt game lands but I work too hard to find and kill what i do to put it out to the public. If i worked for it then other hunters can too. Game land hunting is supposed to be challenging. Don't take that away from it. My fear is the lazy hunters tromping through ruining it for the ones that put their time in.

  • AWESOME! I have spent hours on line looking at the game lands. I sent an email to the Johnston County Agricultural Liaison and still waiting to hear from him. Doubtful after your comment that farmers don't want anyone due to damage from irresponsible hunters. I cannot thank you enough. If you have time, please post the GPS of the sites you indicated. Thank you for your hard work for those of us who are responsible hunters.

  • Excellent video. Unfortunately, the future of our beloved sport is lease and game ranches.

  • Thank you for sharing this, I've heard that NC has hogs but I couldn't figure out where either. More signs of hogs + anything you have to talk about the game lands (for hunting deer, turkey, hogs, squirrels, etc) would make for some interesting content, in my opinion.

  • Nice information for us who have to use game lands for our hunting needs. Some people know but they are not telling and when you look up the game land information it does not say either. Thanks for sharing.
